Anne is the team leader of The Overington Team, a mother/daughter real estate team serving clients in both the greater Fredericksburg, VA and Northern Virginia areas. Anne and her team are proud to offer comprehensive real estate services to buyers & sellers. Anne was licensed to sell real estate in 2002 and is pleased to work with her daughters Catherine Sturtevant & Elizabeth Stanislawski. Her team is committed to using the latest technology to meet clients’ needs.

Accomplishments include appointment to the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR) Board of Directors, 2007 Realtors Choice Award, Century 21 Redwood Top 21 from 2016 through 2022, FAAR 2017 Good Neighbor Award, Century 21 Redwood Leadership Council, President of the Board of Governors for the Fredericksburg Realtors Foundation until 2020, and devotion to other local charities.

The Overington Team assists government and professional clients with relocation services and has a big heart for senior buyers and sellers looking to downsize or prepare a home for sale.

Elizabeth was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and studied abroad through the University of Virginia program, Semester at Sea. She lived in both North Carolina and South Carolina for several years until moving back to Fredericksburg to start her career in Real Estate. In 2017, Elizabeth joined her mother and sister on The Overington Team and takes pride in the experience and professionalism they provide to anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate. The Overington Team and Elizabeth are committed to a life well spent giving back to the community that they live in. When she’s not working or volunteering, Elizabeth can be found with her husband and 1 year old son.

Catherine earned her real estate license in 2015, and worked in corporate event planning and property management prior to joining the family real estate team. Growing up with her mother in the business, she feels lucky to have been exposed to the profession at an early age and interned with a few top-producing agents during her summers off. Catherine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Roanoke College in Southwest Virginia.

Catherine’s experience in events and corporate sales has given her the knowledge to negotiate, stick with timelines, and be a tough advocate for her clients. Having owned and sold properties herself, she understands the importance of pricing properly. Her mission in addition to helping sellers achieve their goals, is to help people buy their dream homes.

She enjoys traveling, perusing interior designs, and spending time with her husband and three kids. She volunteers for the Diocese of Arlington and the Fredericksburg Area Service League
